Welcome! Seems like you're interested in commissioning me! in order for me to do the best I can and provide you with a good service, we need to go over some important stuff.
General
These are the terms and conditions you will be agreeing to by commissioning me.
These terms are subject to change, so I recommend giving them a good look before each commission, regardless of if you’re a returning customer.•If you're getting any other commission besides a custom, you must have a CLEAR reference. Sketchy and traditional refs are fine as long as it’s legible.•I work using a queue. Usually I go based on the order I was commissioned, meaning I usually completely finish all of one commissioners piece before starting on a different one, but sometimes I will work on whatever piece is easiest to work on at the time, meaning if I have a 2 hour period of free time I’m most likely going to work on a headshot than a fullbody.•I am currently woking two part-time jobs which means commissions will be completed in my downtime. I aim to have your commission done within 2 weeks but if I feel it will take me longer, I will notify you.
I don’t normally work with deadlines as I’m not the best under pressure but if I feel like I’m capable of getting your piece done by that time I may accept it.•I have a right to decline your commission if you fail to adhere to my commission terms, if I feel like I’m not capable of completing your piece or for any other reason I see fit.•If you do not adhere to my terms or I find any other valid reason such as harassment, offensive behavior towards me or others, etc, I have the right to blacklist you. This means you will be forbidden from purchasing commissions/adopts/etc. from me.
I will try to update you whenever I work on your commission, as much as possible. You are free to ask me for WIPs, I just ask that you are respectful and do not spam me.•If you want any thing specific for your commission, please notify me AT THE TIME OF COMMISSIONING, or, at latest, during the sketch phase.
Usage rights
•The finished piece is for PERSONAL USE ONLY, which means you cannot use it to make merchandise or the like, unless I have personally made an agreement with you. You are free to use it as an icon, banner, etc, with proper credit.•You are free to post/show your commission to other websites, as long as proper credit is given.•If you wish to use your commission, character (I designed), etc. commercially, please notify me we can discuss terms and a price.•I retain the rights to the commission piece, meaning I am allowed to use it for advertising my services, etc. I will not use your piece to make merchandise or to make profit.•Please do not edit my commission once it is done. If you would like me to change something minor, like eye color, add a marking I missed, etc, then please ask. I will be more than happy to correct it.•Do not trace, copy, or claim my artwork as yours, nor remove my watermark. This will result in an immediate blacklist.
Pricing
•Payment is accepted in USD through PayPal, Cashapp, or Venmo and I won’t start your commission until the payment is received in full.•When paying through PayPal, always use GOODS & SERVICES. This is for both your and my protection as well as it’s against PayPal’s T.O.S to accept payments of this nature through gifts.•If I feel like a commission is more complex than usual, the price of the commission may increase. This is due to the added effort I will have to put into the commission.•When it comes to revisions, I will give 3 chances for revisions (during sketch, rough, and flats). After those 3 chances, any revisions made will be an extra charge between $5-$15 depending how much is needed to be changed (this does not apply to minor revisions like changing eye color, adding a small marking, etc.)•I do not accept DA points as payment for commissions, unless I specifically state otherwise.
Will Draw:
•Furries/Anthros
•Humanoids/Kemonos
•Different body types, ethnicities, etc
•Slight NSFW (ask as I’m still not super comfy but I might be willing to give it a shot)
Won't Draw:
•Mecha/Robots
•Babyfur/cub/any nsfw or kink related art that involves minors
•Hate speech, Offensive speech/topics
•Full humans (I may be willing to draw it, so don’t be afraid to ask, it’s just that normally I’m not super comfortable with drawing humans quite yet)
•Muscular/Buff Characters (willing to try but still not fully comfortable with my current skill set)
